Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and manage day-to-day hostel operations
- Ensure discipline and adherence to hostel rules and regulations
- Maintain safety, security, and welfare of residents
- Monitor attendance, entry, and exit of residents
- Handle student/resident grievances and resolve conflicts
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and security staff
- Conduct regular inspections of rooms and common areas
- Maintain records related to residents, incidents, and inventories
- Report emergencies, damages, or misconduct to management
- Organize meetings or awareness programs when required

Eligibility & Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree preferred (any discipline)
- Prior experience in hostel management,



administration, or student affairs is an advantage
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle emergencies calmly and responsibly

Working Conditions:

- May require residence within the hostel premises
- Flexible working hours, including nights and weekends
- On-call availability for emergencies

Skills Required:

- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Conflict management and decision-making ability
- Basic computer knowledge for record keeping
- Sense of responsibility, discipline, and integrity

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
