Qualification

- Degree or Diploma in a relevant discipline.

Experience

- Minimum 10 years of experience in the garment manufacturing industry.
- Proven experience in a senior managerial or leadership role.
- Solid expertise in production planning, manpower management, quality assurance, productivity improvement,



cost control, and achieving production targets.
- Excellent leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills.

Salary: Best in the industry, commensurate with qualification and experience.
