Key Job Responsibilities

Workshop Floor Management

Ø To be a part of Preparing Technician Team List.

Ø Monitor activities at Two Tech and Express bay.

Service marketing Management.

Ø Track and Ensure maximum output from SMR Team.

Ø Support the Service Marketing Team for difficult Cases.

Post Service follow up Management

Ø Monitor all Service Advisor has done 3rd Day PSF.

Ø Randomly call the customers and understand their satisfaction Level.

Front Office Management

Ø Ensure the front office staff greeting and direct appropriately.

Auditing Policies and Procedure.

Ø Monthly Cross checks the registers and find out the accuracy.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
