About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Customs Coordinator to join our growing Canadian logistics operations team in Ludhiana. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of customs documentation and border clearance processes for Canada and the United States, along with hands-on experience handling PAPS, PARS, ACE, and ACI filings.

Key Responsibilities

- Process and manage customs documentation for cross-border shipments.
- Prepare and submit PAPS (Pre-Arrival Processing System) and PARS (Pre-Arrival Review System) entries.
- Handle ACE (Automated Commercial Environment) and ACI (Advance Commercial Information) filings accurately and on time.
- Coordinate with customs brokers, carriers, drivers, and internal operations teams.
- Monitor shipment status and ensure compliance with customs regulations.
- Resolve customs-related issues and provide timely updates to stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of customs transactions.
- Ensure all customs filings meet Canadian and U.S. regulatory requirements.

Requirements





- Minimum 6 months of experience in customs coordination, freight forwarding, or logistics operations.
- Good working knowledge of PAPS, PARS, ACE, and ACI processes.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced logistics environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in Canadian transportation or logistics operations will be an asset.
- Candidate must have good communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Knowledge of customs compliance and border clearance procedures.
- Experience working with trucking, dispatch, or freight brokerage companies.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
