Job Location: Kanker Khera, Bigwing, Sardhana

Experience Required: Minimum 2–7 years experience in automobile sales

Prior experience as Team Leader / Assistant Sales Manager / Sales Manager preferred

Qualification: Graduate / MBA preferred

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the automobile sales team

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Handle customer inquiries and escalations professionally

Develop sales strategies to improve dealership performance

Monitor lead conversion and follow-up process

Maintain strong customer relationships and satisfaction

Coordinate with finance, insurance, and delivery departments

Prepare daily and monthly sales reports

Train and motivate sales executives for better performance

Ensure showroom discipline and professional customer experience
