Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Data Scientist with 2+ years of hands-on experience in data analysis, machine learning, and statistical modelling. The ideal candidate should possess strong programming skills, experience working with large datasets, and the ability to transform complex data into actionable business insights.

Educational Qualifications

· B.Tech/B.E. in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field OR Diploma or Certification in Data Science, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, or related disciplines is preferred.

Required Technical Skills

· Solid proficiency in Python, SQL, and R programming languages.

· Good understanding of Data Structures and Algorithms.

· Experience with data analysis libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, Matplotlib, and Seaborn.

· Knowledge of Machine Learning techniques, predictive modeling, and statistical analysis.

· Experience in data cleaning, data transformation, and feature engineering.

· Hands-on experience with AWS Cloud Services (S3, EC2, Lambda, Redshift, SageMaker, etc.) is preferred.

· Familiarity with GitHub, Git, and other code/data repositories.

· Experience working with databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, or similar platforms.

· Understanding of ETL processes, data pipelines, and data warehousing concepts.

· Knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, or other data visualization tools is an added advantage.

· Experience with APIs and integrating data from multiple sources.

Key Responsibilities

· Collect, process,



and analyse large datasets to identify trends and business insights.

· Develop and implement machine learning models and statistical solutions.

· Build predictive models and optimize algorithms to solve business problems.

· Create dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate findings effectively.

· Collaborate with business teams to understand requirements and translate them into data-driven solutions.

· Develop and maintain data pipelines and automated reporting processes.

· Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security across all systems.

· Document processes, methodologies, and technical solutions.

· Present analytical findings and recommendations to stakeholders.

· Knowledge of AI/Generative AI tools and prompt engineering will be an added advantage.

· Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments is preferred.

· Understanding of version control, coding standards,



and software development best practices.

Additional Technical Skills

· Hands-on experience in Web Scraping and Data Extraction using Python libraries such as BeautifulSoup, Selenium, Scrapy, Requests, and Playwright.

· Experience in developing automated scripts for extracting data from websites, PDFs, APIs, and other online sources.

· Knowledge of OCR (Optical Character Recognition) technologies and tools such as Tesseract OCR, EasyOCR, PyPDF, and OpenCV for extracting and processing data from scanned documents and images.

· Experience in converting PDFs, images, and scanned documents into structured Excel, CSV, or database formats using Python automation.

· Ability to create Excel automation solutions using Python libraries such as Pandas, OpenPyXL, and XlsxWriter.

· Experience in building data extraction and transformation pipelines for handling large volumes of unstructured and semi-structured data.

· Knowledge of data cleaning, validation, and quality checks for extracted datasets.

· Familiarity with REST APIs, JSON, XML, and other data interchange formats.

· Understanding of data automation and process optimization to improve operational efficiency.

· Preferred Experience

· Experience working on projects involving web scraping, OCR-based data extraction, document digitization, and automated report generation.

· Ability to design end-to-end solutions for extracting, transforming, and loading (ETL) data into Excel, databases, or cloud repositories.
