Innovative Information Technologies India Limited (IITIL) is looking for a proactive and result-oriented Talent Acquisition Executive to join our growing recruitment team. If you are passionate about hiring top IT talent and managing the complete recruitment lifecycle, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Understand hiring requirements and collaborate with hiring managers.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and other job portals.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and hiring panels.
- Negotiate compensation and manage the offer process.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 2–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or IT Recruitment.




- Experience in end-to-end recruitment.
- Robust sourcing and screening skills.
- Experience using LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and other sourcing platforms.
- Good communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple open positions and work independently.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is an added advantage.
