We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Associate to join our finance team. The role involves assisting in day-to-day accounting operations, maintaining accurate financial records, and supporting the month-end and year-end closing processes. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting principles, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively within the team.

Shift Timing - 12:00 PM to 9:30 PM

Key Responsibilities

- Record daily financial transactions and maintain general ledgers.
- Assist in accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
- Reconcile bank statements and vendor/customer accounts.
- Support in preparing invoices, bills, and payment vouchers.
- Assist with month-end and year-end financial closing activities.




- Maintain proper documentation.
- Support the finance team with ad-hoc tasks and reporting requirements.

Requirements

- Bachelors/ master's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in accounting or finance (fresh graduates with internships may apply).
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping practices.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with accounting software - Tally.
- Solid attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
