Key Responsibilities:

1. Social Media Management

- Create, set up, and optimize business pages on Instagram and Facebook
- Plan and schedule daily/weekly posts
- Maintain brand consistency across all social platforms
- Engage with followers, respond to messages and comments

2. Content Creation

- Design creative posts, reels, and stories
- Develop captions, hashtags, and content ideas
- Use tools like Canva/Photoshop for designing creatives
- Stay updated with trends to improve engagement

3. Paid Advertising (Meta & Google Ads)

- Create and manage Facebook Ads and Instagram Ads campaigns
- Set up and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, and YouTube)
- Monitor ad performance and improve ROI
- Manage ad budgets effectively

4. Analytics & Reporting

- Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions)
- Prepare monthly reports on campaign performance
- Suggest improvements based on insights
