Job Summary:
The Corporate Trainer is responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs for clinical and non-clinical staff within the healthcare clinic. The role focuses on improving employee performance, ensuring compliance with healthcare standards, enhancing patient service quality, and supporting organizational development initiatives.

- Conduct training sessions for clinical teams, administrative staff, and support personnel
- Develop training materials, presentations, and manuals
- Evaluate training effectiveness and maintain training records
- Coordinate with department heads for staff development programs

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree
- Proven experience as a trainer, corporate trainer, or learning & development executive
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong knowledge of training methods and employee development
