Job Title : GPSE - Toolchain Support

Experience : 5-8 Years

Roles & Responsibilities

- Manage incident and problem tickets, ensuring timely resolution within SLA.

- Support and maintain DevOps toolchain and platform services.

- Automate operational and support tasks using scripting and programming languages.

- Manage CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab, or GitHub.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve incidents and improve service quality.

- Troubleshoot issues across toolchain and platform services.

- Document SOPs, processes, and support activities.

- Work in rotational shifts and provide on-call support when required.

- Enhance system reliability, availability, and performance.

- Contribute to continuous improvement and automation initiatives.

Requisites




- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.

- Experience in DevOps, infrastructure support, or operations.

- Robust knowledge of Unix/Linux and shell scripting.

- Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab, or GitHub.

- Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, and IaC tools (Ansible/Terraform).

- Knowledge of scripting/programming languages like Python or Java.

- Understanding of YAML, JSON, and XML.

- Exposure to Agile development practices.

- Experience with monitoring tools like Prometheus or Grafana.

- Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS and container tools like Kubernetes.

- Good communication and collaboration abilities.
