We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Site Supervisor & Measurement Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing in office progress for our interior projects and taking highly accurate internal measurements for various custom interior installations. If you have a background in polytechnic studies, a keen eye for detail, and a working knowledge of AutoCAD, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

- Site Supervision: Oversee ongoing daily site activities, ensuring work meets our quality standards and is completed on schedule.
- Precision Measurement: Visit client sites to take highly accurate internal measurements for interior elements, including:
- Shower enclosures
- Glass partitions
- Staircase railings
- Modular wardrobes and kitchens
- Aluminum/Profile shutters
- Coordination: Act as a bridge between the site workers, design team, and management to ensure precise execution of the measured elements.
- Reporting:



Maintain clear records of site measurements and project progress.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Education: Must have a Diploma from a recognized Polytechnic Institute.
- Software Skills: Basic knowledge of AutoCAD is required to make, view, interpret, and verify technical drawings and floor plans against on-site dimensions.
- Technical Skills: Strong understanding of measuring tools (laser distance meters, measuring tapes) and the ability to accurately translate physical space into technical measurements.
- Communication: Good communication skills to interact with clients, contractors, and the in-house team.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
