We are looking for an experienced Finance & Accounts Manager to oversee the organization's financial operations, accounting activities, budgeting, taxation, and statutory compliance. The ideal candidate should possess strong financial management skills and be capable of leading the accounts team while ensuring accuracy and efficiency in financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day finance and accounting operations.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Monitor budgets, cash flow, and financial planning.
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory regulations.
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, and financial institutions.
- Supervise accounts payable and receivable functions.




- Maintain internal financial controls and improve accounting processes.
- Prepare MIS reports and financial analysis for management.
- Lead and mentor the finance team.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and taxation.
- Experience with Tally/ERP software and MS Excel.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Leadership and team management abilities.
- Positive communication and organizational skills.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 per month
