- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the planning and execution of project deliverables to ensure timely completion.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Facilitate communication between cross-functional teams to align project goals and resolve challenges.
Skilled & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in .Net Full Stack Development.
- Good To Have Skills: C# Programming Language, Microsoft Azure PaaS, Generative AI.
- Solid knowledge of front-end and back-end development frameworks and tools.
- Experience in designing scalable and maintainable software architectures.
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize application performance across different environments.
- Familiarity with version control systems and continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines.
