Ocean One is a ship management company providing operational, technical, and crewing support to owners. We're looking for an Operations Executive to join our back-office team. You'll be the point of contact between our office and agents, and other teams — making sure information, documents, and approvals move smoothly and on time.
NOTE : No prior shipping experience is needed — we will train you. Candidates from any industry with good back-office/coordination experience are welcome to apply.
What You'll Do
- Coordinate daily communication between our office, staff, and outside parties (agents, vendors, etc.)
- Prepare and organize documents and paperwork needed for operations
- Keep track of schedules and make sure important deadlines are met
- Maintain records and ensure paperwork is complete and up to date
- Handle emails and follow-ups with different parties involved
- Support the team with basic reports and data as needed
What We're Looking For
- Any Post - Graduate degree
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working on MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks
- Willingness to learn about the shipping industry — training will be provided
