Duties and Responsibilities

- Reverse Transcription PCR (RT-PCR)
- RNA extraction and purification & Reverse transcription of RNA to cDNA
- Real-time PCR analysis of cDNA with Data analysis and Interpretation
- DNA extraction and purification
- PCR amplification of DNA, Gel electrophoresis of PCR products
- NGS technologies & DNA fragmentation and library preparation
- Quality control and quantification of libraries
- Sequencing library pooling
- NGS data analysis & De-multiplexing and quality control of raw data
- Transcriptome assembly and quantification
- Gene expression analysis
- Design and synthesis of guide RNAs & Transfection of target cells
- Analysis of gene editing efficiency
- Protein separation by SDS-PAGE
- Experience: 3-5Years

Qualifications

Skills and Specifications

Qualification:- Ph.D./M.Sc (Molecular Biology & Biotechnology). Experience in required field:-DNA Extraction, DNA Amplification ,DNA Sequencing, Next generation Sequencing
