Job Summary

We are looking for a Assistant Factory Manager to assist the Factory Manager in overseeing daily manufacturing operations. The candidate should have basic knowledge of aluminium fabrication, including sliding windows, façade systems, ACP cladding, louvers, and related products. They should be capable of managing manpower, coordinating production, and ensuring quality and timely execution.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in daily factory and production management.

Supervise fabrication activities and shop-floor operations.

Manage labour, work allocation, and productivity.

Monitor machine usage and coordinate basic maintenance.

Ensure quality, safety, and housekeeping standards.

Coordinate with stores, purchase, and project teams.

Maintain production records and material control.

Support timely dispatch and production planning.





Requirements

2–5 years of experience in an aluminium fabrication or façade manufacturing industry.

Basic knowledge of sliding windows, façades, ACP cladding, and fabrication processes.

Ability to read fabrication drawings.

Good leadership, communication, and labour management skills.

Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word, Email).

Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹50,000 per month (based on experience).
