Responsibilities

- Design user-centric interfaces and workflows that align with business goals and industrial product needs.

- Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Engineers from concept to execution.

- Contribute to Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) and Product Strategy discussions.

- Create and maintain high-fidelity wireframes, prototypes, and interactive flows using Figma.

- Implement and manage Figma Auto-layouts for scalable and consistent design systems.

- Conduct user research, competitive analysis, and usability testing.

- Translate complex industrial workflows into intuitive product experiences.

Requirements

- 1–3 years of hands-on experience as a Product Designer in the industrial/manufacturing tech domain.





- Robust understanding of product management principles and involvement in product strategy or PRD creation.

- Expertise in Figma, including mastery of Auto-layout and design systems.

- Solid understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and responsive layouts.

- Strong communication and collaboration skills.

- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Engineering, or related field preferred.

Good to Have

- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and cross-functional team workflows.

- Understanding of front-end development basics (HTML/CSS/React is a plus).

- Portfolio showcasing relevant product design work, preferably in the industrial domain.
