- Research, plan, develop, organize, write and edit operational procedures, manuals, website content and more.
- Proven experience working in a Technical writing position
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to write in explanatory and procedural styles for multiple audiences
- Skilled at prioritization and multitasking
- Ability to analyze and maintain continuity of style of content
- Proficiency in MS Office and similar application software
- VERY KEY - good team skills, self-motivated and quick learner
- MUST have 1+ years of experience in technical writing
- Programming and development experience not necessary, but will be an advantage
- Talent, passion, and experience counts for more than the degree
- At least 2 writing samples (MANDATORY)
