An E-Commerce Executive is responsible for managing online sales platforms, product listings, customer orders, and digital marketplace activities to improve sales and customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage product listings on e-commerce platforms
- Update product details, prices, images, and stock
- Process online orders and coordinate deliveries
- Handle customer queries and complaints
- Monitor website or marketplace performance
- Track sales reports and inventory
- Coordinate with marketing and logistics teams
- Manage promotions, offers, and online campaigns
Required Skills:
- Basic computer and internet knowledge
- Knowledge of online marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, etc.
- Positive communication skills
- Attention to detail
- MS Excel and data entry skills
- Time management and organizational skills
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
