About the Role

The Premium Basket is looking for a highly creative and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to lead the brand's visual communication across packaging, digital marketing, e-commerce, print, and retail. The ideal candidate should possess strong conceptual thinking, excellent design execution, and the ability to independently manage creative projects while mentoring junior designers and maintaining brand consistency.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the design and development of premium product packaging, labels, and branding materials.
- Create high-impact creatives for social media, digital advertising, websites, email campaigns, and marketing promotions.
- Design Amazon A+ Content, Brand Store assets, marketplace creatives for Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, Nykaa, and other platforms.
- Develop brochures, catalogs, POS materials, exhibition creatives, and offline marketing collateral.
- Ensure brand consistency across all digital and print communication.
- Coordinate with marketing, product, and e-commerce teams to conceptualize and execute creative campaigns.
- Prepare print-ready artwork with accurate bleed, dielines, color profiles, and production specifications.
- Coordinate with printers, packaging vendors, and production teams for artwork approvals and execution.
- Guide and mentor junior designers while reviewing creative quality and maintaining design standards.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output.
- Stay updated with design trends, AI-powered creative tools,



and emerging technologies to enhance creative output.

Required Skills

- Expert proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and other Adobe Creative Suite applications.
- Strong understanding of branding, packaging design, typography, layout, color theory, and visual storytelling.
- Experience in print production, packaging artwork, and pre-press processes.
- Knowledge of marketplace creative guidelines and e-commerce design standards.
- Basic knowledge of Figma, Premiere Pro, After Effects, or motion graphics is preferred.
- Experience using AI-powered creative tools such as Adobe Firefly, ChatGPT, Midjourney, or similar is an added advantage.
- Excellent attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication, project management, and leadership abilities.

Preferred Experience

- 4–7 years of experience in graphic design.
- Experience in FMCG, D2C, food & beverage, gifting, or E-commerce brands is highly preferred.
- Strong portfolio showcasing branding, packaging, digital marketing, and print design projects.

Qualification

Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.

Salary

₹35,000 – ₹50,000 per month (Based on skills and experience).
