Role Overview

We are adding Project Managers to lead end-to-end delivery of software projects, ensuring strong alignment between business objectives and execution. This role demands robust governance, effective stakeholder management, and the ability to manage projects within a structured Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, tracking, and closure
- Define scope, timelines, resource plans, and delivery roadmaps
- Manage multiple concurrent projects with ownership of quality, schedule, and cost
- Drive project governance, risk management, and escalation handling
- Ensure clear stakeholder communication, reporting, and expectation alignment
- Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies and ensure sprint discipline
- Monitor project progress using JIRA or similar tools
- Maintain structured documentation of requirements, timelines,



and dependencies
- Collaborate across development, QA, business, and leadership teams

Must-Have Skills

- Strong experience managing software development projects across full lifecycle
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within scope
- Practical experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Hands-on expertise with JIRA and project tracking tools
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination skills
- Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership abilities
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced workplace

Good-to-Have

- PMP / CSM / PRINCE2 certification
- Experience working with international clients
- Exposure to IT services or product-based environments
