Job Description: Handles Training for New hires for the Process & Handles refresher Training and up skilling
Responsibilities: Deliver process training for the recent hires for the particular process
Design and/or prepare training/instructional materials, teaching aids and devices
Conduct training follow up session and measuring effectiveness of training
Update Training curriculum on an ongoing basis
Monitor and evaluate operations, programs, processes and/or practices for quality and effectiveness; make recommendations for improvement.
Qualifications: CCRT: BS Nursing + USRN. SIU: BS Nursing + USRN or Certified professional coder 1 - 3 Years
