Responsibilities

- Identify and develop recent business opportunities in residential and commercial interior projects
- Generate leads through site visits, referrals, cold calls, networking, and digital platforms
- Comfortable fixing appointments with Chanel partners.
- Conduct client meetings to understand design requirements, budgets, and timelines
- Coordinate with design, estimation, and project teams to prepare proposals and quotations.
- Present design concepts and pricing to clients and negotiate contracts
- Convert inquiries into confirmed projects and achieve monthly sales targets
- Track sales pipeline and update CRM regularly
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and pricing strategies
- Ensure smooth handover of confirmed projects to the execution team.

Qualifications





- Proficiency in New Business Development and Lead Generation to drive company growth and acquire potential clients
- Must be comfortable with field visits.
- Strong skills in Business and Account Management to maintain and nurture client relationships
- Excellent Communication skills to effectively engage with clients and present proposals

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
