We are looking for an experienced Pharmacy Head to lead our Hospital Pharmacy and Stores operations.

Experience: 12–18 years of experience in Hospital Pharmacy and Stores

Preferred Qualification:

- D.Pharm / B.Pharm

The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills, expertise in hospital pharmacy operations, inventory and store management, statutory compliance, and a commitment to ensuring safe and effective medication management.

The Head of Pharmacy has the responsibility for:

- Effective implementation and maintenance of Quality Management System.
- Budget proposal.
- Overall functions of the pharmacy department activities.
- Identifying and providing adequate resources and trained personnel.
- Recruitment of manpower.
- Identifying training needs for personnel reporting, organizing and ensuring training is provided.
- Participating in Management review meetings and communicating to the concerned.




- Issue / change control of Departmental Manual.
- Review and approval of Work Instructions.
- Ensuring the identification, implementation and review of improvements in the department.
- Maintaining relevant Quality records.
- Ordering drugs as per the guidelines of the pharmacy committee.
- Maintaining inventory control of drugs.
- Processing of Invoices.
- Procurement of approved drugs.
- Ensuring identified drugs are stored in proper storage conditions.
- Coordinating with Pharmacy committee for approval of drugs.
- Maintaining drug information.
- Ensuring the safety of operation and personnel.
- Maintaining good rapport with other Departments in the Hospital.
- Reporting the performance of the Department to Trustee & Director Administration.

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
