- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
- Ensure excellent customer service across all outlets.
- Follow up with customers to improve satisfaction and customer retention.
- Coordinate with outlet teams to resolve customer issues effectively.
- Maintain customer records and prepare service reports.
- Support promotional campaigns and customer engagement initiatives.
- Identify and generate current franchise leads.
- Handle franchise inquiries and present franchise business opportunities.
- Coordinate franchise meetings, site visits, documentation, and onboarding.
- Maintain a franchise prospect database and conduct regular follow-ups.
- Collaborate with operations and marketing teams for franchise expansion.
- Achieve monthly customer satisfaction and franchise development targets.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
