Service Configuration & Provisioning as per guidelines, Audit and Reconciliation.
Incident work-around & problem work-around configuration execution.
Backup / Restore of NE/EMS components to and from internal/external system.
Routine / On-Demand Report generation on Backup/Configuration
Current Feature Implementation, System Software & Application Patch upgrade as per plan
Level-2 Troubleshooting of issues observed during /post configuration & testing.
MOP / SOP Creation.

Bachelor of Engineering Degree in Electronics & Communication / Electronics (B.E./B. Tech)
Key Skills
Knowledge of Unix & Linux CCNA or CCNP Certified (Preferred) Good analytical skills for Level-2 troubleshooting of issues observed during /post Configuration activity / testing and handling escalations.
