This role is based at PURE's manufacturing campus, which comprises two factory blocks together with a corporate office co-located on the same premises.

3. Position Summary

The Assistant Manager – Admin & Facilities is a dedicated, 100% facilities-focused role responsible for the complete internal upkeep, cleanliness, hygiene, security and day-to-day functioning of PURE's premises, the two factory blocks and the co-located corporate office, together spanning approximately 80,000 SFT across 2.2 acres.

The role owns block-by-block cleanliness, washroom maintenance, housekeeping and cleaning-staff/maid monitoring (including strict imposition and monitoring of their hourly work), security management, canteen operations, basic safety and hygiene, furniture maintenance and basic office procurement. This is a hands-on, floor-present role, not a desk role, requiring continuous walkthroughs and on-ground supervision throughout the working day. The position reports to Mr. K Bhanu Prakash.

Note on scope: This role is limited exclusively to internal facilities within the premises. Statutory factory compliance, payroll, and corporate/legal administration remain outside this role's remit.

4. Scope of Facility

- Two (2) factory blocks and one co-located corporate office on a single campus.
- Total built-up area: approximately 80,000 SFT.
- Land parcel: approximately 2.2 acres.
- All internal common areas: lobbies, staircases, lifts, corridors, cabins, meeting rooms, conference hall, reception, washrooms, canteen, pantries and parking.
- Facility staff, vendors and services operating within the above premises.

5. Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs)

The role is accountable for the following eleven areas. Section 6 details the tasks under each; the accompanying Excel workbook lists all sub-tasks and sub-sub-tasks down to hourly, daily, weekly and monthly level.

- Housekeeping & cleanliness, block-by-block, floor-by-floor, 100% cleanliness at all times.
- Washroom maintenance & sanitation, hourly checks, replenishment and hygiene.
- Security management, main gate, access control, guard deployment and CCTV.
- Canteen & pantry management, hygiene, quality, supplies and reconciliation.
- Building & civil maintenance, reactive repairs and renovation projects.
- Furniture & fixtures maintenance, upkeep, repair and procurement.
- Utilities & building services, power/DG, HVAC, water, telecom, lifts.
- Basic office procurement & consumables.




- Safety, fire & hygiene within the premises.
- Facility contracts, AMC tracking & asset register.
- Reception, visitor & hospitality management; team supervision & reporting.

6. Detailed Responsibilities6.1 Housekeeping & Cleanliness (block-by-block)

- Ensure 100% cleanliness of every block and every floor at all times through daily opening, mid-day and closing cleaning routines.
- Conduct a morning walkthrough audit block-by-block and floor-by-floor; score cleanliness, record deviations and re-verify closure.
- Allocate zone-wise duty to cleaning staff and maids at shift start and enforce the hourly cleaning schedule.
- Monitor cleaning-staff/maid attendance, uniforms, grooming, material usage and output; impose and strictly monitor their hourly work.
- Plan and supervise periodic deep-cleaning, facade/glass cleaning and water-tank cleaning.

6.2 Washroom & Sanitation Management

- Run hourly washroom checks across all blocks with a signed hourly checklist, dry floors, working fittings, no odour, stocked consumables.
- Ensure daily deep disinfection and periodic descaling, drain and exhaust cleaning.
- Log and close plumbing/fitting faults promptly; maintain washroom consumables stock and indents.

6.3 Security, Main Gate & CCTV

- Approve and monitor daily guard deployment and the night-shift roster across gates and blocks.
- Oversee main-gate control, visitor entry approval, block-wise access enforcement and vehicle parking.
- Authorise and track material movement gate passes (returnable / non-returnable).
- Ensure the 155+ camera CCTV estate is fully functional, with footage backup, retention and controlled access; handle incident footage retrieval and police liaison.
- Verify the monthly security-agency invoice and coordinate incident handling.

6.4 Canteen & Pantry Management

- Inspect canteen hygiene and food handling before every meal; verify menu, quality, quantity and timely service.
- Oversee canteen supplies (vegetables, dairy, provisions, LPG/CO2 cylinders) and monitor biometric meal punching.
- Reconcile monthly canteen deductions with payroll; maintain pantry stock and drinking-water/RO upkeep.

6.5 Building & Civil Maintenance

- Log and resolve plumbing, electrical, carpentry and painting complaints; maintain a preventive-maintenance calendar.
- Plan and supervise floor-by-floor washroom and civil renovation projects with quotes, approvals and quality checks.
- Track seepage/waterproofing and monsoon readiness.

6.6 Furniture & Fixtures Maintenance

- Maintain a register of all furniture with location, condition and tag; inspect regularly and log damages.
- Arrange repair/refurbishment and source new/customised furniture with quotes, approval and delivery verification.

6.7 Utilities & Building Services

- Manage DG diesel advances/refills and meter readings, DG servicing and power-backup readiness.
- Collate and process electricity, telecom and fuel bills across blocks; manage HVAC/AC upkeep and lift servicing/AMC.

6.8 Basic Office Procurement & Consumables

- Source and replenish general office requirements, consumables and stationery; manage the annual stationery contract.
- Coordinate printer/MFP and office-equipment repair/AMC; provide letterheads and manage petty expenses and scrap disposal.

6.9 Safety, Fire & Hygiene





- Check fire extinguishers, hydrants, alarms, signage and emergency exits; coordinate fire-safety servicing/AMC and refills.
- Maintain first-aid kits and safety sundries; support mock drills; manage pest control and enforce hygiene standards.

6.10 Facility Contracts, AMC & Asset Register

- Maintain a master AMC/renewal tracker (AC, lift, DG, printer, CCTV, RO, pest, fire) and trigger renewals in advance.
- Maintain the facility fixed-asset register and support periodic physical verification; evaluate and compare facility vendors.

6.11 Reception, Visitor, Hospitality & Team Supervision

- Supervise reception, courier/dispatch and guest hospitality; prepare meeting rooms for visits.
- Supervise all facility staff (housekeeping, cleaning/maids, security, canteen, maintenance), enforce discipline, timing and hourly-work compliance, and plan reliever coverage.
- Compile the daily facilities report and monthly MIS to Mr. K Bhanu Prakash; escalate critical issues immediately.

7. Daily Work Pattern

This is a floor-present role. A typical day begins with an 8:15 AM security/housekeeping handover and an 8:30 AM block-by-block walkthrough, followed by hourly washroom checks and cleanliness monitoring through the day, meal-time canteen supervision, afternoon maintenance review, evening closing rounds, and an end-of-day report. Refer to the 'Hourly & Daily Roster' tab of the accompanying Excel workbook for the full time-of-day schedule.

8. Candidate Eligibility, Experience

Mandatory: Minimum 7 years of facility-management experience, gained strictly in a manufacturing factory of comparable size and complexity to PURE's (multi-block industrial premises of a similar footprint).

Candidates whose experience is primarily from the following settings will NOT be considered:

- Commercial offices / IT parks / corporate campuses (non-manufacturing).
- Hotels, hospitality and resorts.
- Government or educational institutions.
- Residential Welfare Associations (RWAs) / apartment or gated-community facilities.
- Malls, retail or purely commercial building management.

The intent is to hire someone who has run internal facilities inside a working factory of similar scale and can manage industrial-environment realities from day one.

9. Qualification & Certifications

- Graduate in any discipline (mandatory).
- Preferred: Diploma / certification in Facilities Management, Fire & Safety, or Industrial Safety.
- Working knowledge of MS Office / Google Worksheets for checklists, trackers and MIS.

10. Skills & Competencies

- Strong on-ground supervisory presence and the ability to strictly enforce hourly and daily discipline among housekeeping, security and canteen staff.
- Eye for cleanliness, hygiene and detail, block-by-block, floor-by-floor.
- Vendor and contract management; basic procurement and cost awareness.
- Sound judgement on safety, fire and security matters; calm handling of incidents.
- Reliable record-keeping, checklists and MIS reporting.
- Physically fit for continuous walkthroughs across a large multi-block campus.
- Fluent in Telugu; working English/Hindi preferred.

11. Work Conditions

- Full-time, on-roll position.
- Strict reporting time of 8:30 AM; extended/extra working hours will be required from time to time based on operational needs.
- Predominantly floor-based; requires moving across both factory blocks and the corporate office throughout the day.

Relocation (mandatory): The selected candidate must relocate permanently to Kandi / Sangareddy on accepting the offer.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
