As a Custom Software Engineer, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure that the applications meet the required specifications and standards. You will engage in discussions to understand user needs, provide insights on application functionality, and oversee the development process to ensure timely delivery. Additionally, you will be responsible for troubleshooting issues and implementing enhancements to improve application performance and user experience.

- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

- Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with business objectives.

Skilled & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP CO Management Accounting.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret financial data and generate reports.
- Experience in configuring and customizing SAP CO modules.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP CO Management Accounting.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
