- Providing human resource and administrative support in HR functions such as recruitment, perks programs, leave management, performance appraisal etc.,
- Manpower requirement planning and resource mapping with senior management
- Managing the monthly payroll, taxation and statutory contributions of our permanent and contract staff worldwide
- Complete the induction of all new employees - letters, induction training
- Managing the probation review process, entry interview survey process
- Managing the off-boarding process - termination forms, exit interviews, payroll
- Providing support in the planning, scheduling and sourcing of training programs
- Supporting in expatriate management including work visa application
- Maintenance of staff records and data management
- Utilizing technical and management expertise and judgement to solve problems
- May use multiple internal sources outside of own team to arrive at decisions.
- Take end-to-end ownership of HR partnership for multiple senior leaders and employees within a complex business environment,
- Enabling performance and accountability by focusing on culture creation, coaching and development and sound talent management practices
- Driving employee experience through close partnership with employees & influencers – diagnose and address concern areas to enable engagement
- Providing key inputs to the organisation strategic direction relating to HR
- Providing dedicated guidance and coaching to people leaders and employees
- Focus on employee engagement, HR fundamentals and process education, employee relations, performance management, career development, talent assessment,
acquisition and retention and workplace investigations as appropriate
- Act as a first point of contact for employees & managers to provides leadership, coaching and support for individual employee needs & HR processes
- Leveraging employee-self services and HR Operations ecosystem to provide employees and managers guidance on fundamental HR topics and issues
- Providing advice and counsel to managers and employees to ensure consistent application and integration of policies, procedures and practices at 100% compliance to promote an ethical and compliant work environment
- Leverage employee relations expertise to protect the integrity of the business through a focus on compliance and adherence to local laws, regulations and fair employment practices
- Ideate and execute special projects or initiatives for the benefit of business and function; and collaborate with site-wide HR projects as necessary, working across multiple client groups
Qualifications and Skill Sets
- Graduate or MBA / MSW in Human Resource Management or related discipline
- At least 3-5 year's HR Generalist experience
- Good knowledge of employment legislations, HR policies and practices
- Well versed with payroll administration and statutory contributions
- Attentive to details with good numeric sense and able to cope with challenges independently
- Proactive and mature personality with strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Well-versed in all MS Office applications, especially in PowerPoint presentations and Excel
- Good command in both written and spoken English, Hindi and other regional languages
- Experience in working with multi-cultural teams within and outside India.
