Job Description

We are looking for a energetic and result-oriented Embroidery Software Sales Executive / Manager to promote and sell Wilcom Embroidery Software and related embroidery solutions to customers in the garment, textile, embroidery, and fashion industries. The ideal candidate should have experience in B2B software or technical sales with a robust ability to generate new business and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities





- Promote and sell Wilcom Embroidery Software and related embroidery solutions.
- Generate new business through field visits, networking, referrals, and cold calling.
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain software features and benefits to customers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable software solutions.
- Prepare proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and close sales.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers for repeat business.
- Coordinate with technical teams for software installation, training, and after-sales support.
- Maintain CRM records, sales reports, and market intelligence.
- Travel across the assigned territory to meet customers and expand business.
