We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented E-commerce Executive to join our growing team.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage product listings across e-commerce marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Nykaa, Ajio, Tira, and the brand website.
- Create and optimize product titles, descriptions, bullet points, keywords, images, and other listing content to improve visibility and conversions.
- Upload new products, update existing listings, and ensure catalog accuracy across all platforms.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the operations team to prevent stock-outs and overselling.
- Update pricing, promotional offers, discounts, and campaign details across marketplaces.
- Execute marketplace campaigns, deals, and promotional activities to maximize sales.
- Track daily sales performance, product rankings, and campaign effectiveness.
- Coordinate with marketplace account managers to resolve listing,
catalog, pricing, and operational issues.
- Process and monitor customer orders, returns, cancellations, and replacements.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and provide performance insights.
- Ensure marketplace compliance and maintain catalog hygiene according to platform guidelines.
- Stay updated with the latest marketplace policies, features, and e-commerce trends.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in E-commerce Operations or Marketplace Management.
- Hands-on experience with marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Nykaa, Ajio, or Tira.
- Good understanding of product listing optimization and catalog management.
- Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets for reporting and inventory tracking.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a quick-paced environment.
- Experience with seller panels and marketplace dashboards will be an added advantage.
