As a QA Engineer (Data), you will validate data sources, extract data applications of transformation logic, and upload data in target tables. As you will be working on multiple projects concurrently, you will also be responsible for providing input to the Quality Assurance Team and proactively recommending changes in policies and procedures.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Assist the test leads in coordinating, implementing, and executing software testing of the systems and solutions.
- Ensure that validated deliverables meet business requirements.
- Log defects and work with developers to investigate, troubleshoot and verify defect fixes.
- Work closely with the development teams, Product Owners and PMs to suggest new testing methodologies.
- Identify test approaches, coverage, requirement gaps, risks and risk remediation.




- Validate data by running queries in the database and verify that the results match the expectations.

Key Requirements:

- 4+ years of experience performing QA on Data Products.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in SQL.
- Expert in understanding and implementing QA/Testing Lifecycle
- Should have extensive experience working and testing large sets of data.
- Great communication with robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of Database objects and relational data models.
- Strong experience in quality management systems and processes in an agile environment.
- Capable of solving complex technical issues and comprehending risks before the circumstance.
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject.

Nice to have experience with Python.
