Job Summary

GORECHA METAL TECH PVT LTD is looking for dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Line Inspectors to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate should have experience in quality inspection, knowledge of engineering drawings, and hands-on experience with mechanical measuring instruments. Candidates must be willing to work in rotational shifts.

Qualifications

- 12th Pass / ITI (Mechanical, Fitter, Turner, Machinist, or equivalent)
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering will be an added advantage.

Experience

- 1 to 3 years of experience in a manufacturing industry as a Quality Line Inspector.
- Freshers with robust technical knowledge may also apply.

Salary

Best in the industry (Based on experience, interview performance, and last drawn salary).

Key Responsibilities

- Perform in-process, stage-wise, and final inspection of manufactured components.
- Ensure products meet customer specifications and quality standards.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings and inspection plans.
- Conduct dimensional inspection using mechanical measuring instruments.
- Identify, record,



and report quality defects to the production team.
- Maintain inspection reports and quality documentation.
- Support corrective and preventive actions to improve product quality.
- Follow 5S, safety standards, and company quality procedures.

Required Skills

- Knowledge of engineering drawings (2D Drawings).
- Hands-on experience with mechanical measuring instruments, including:
- Vernier Caliper
- Outside & Inside Micrometer
- Height Gauge
- Bore Gauge
- Dial Gauge / Dial Indicator
- Feeler Gauge
- Thread Gauge
- Radius Gauge
- Basic understanding of GD&T; will be an added advantage.
- Good observation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must be willing to work in rotational shifts (Day/Night Shift).
