Our Forensic Audit practice helps clients detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, financial irregularities, and regulatory non-compliance. We are looking for motivated CA students to complete their articleship with hands-on exposure to forensic assignments.

What You'll Learn & Do

- Assist seniors in planning and executing forensic audit and fraud investigation assignments.
- Examine books of accounts, vouchers, bank statements, and supporting documents to spot irregularities and red flags.
- Support fund-flow analysis, transaction-trail tracing, and reconciliation of records.
- Help gather and organize evidence, prepare working papers, and maintain proper documentation.
- Assist in data analysis on large datasets to identify anomalies and unusual patterns.
- Contribute to drafting forensic observations, findings, and audit reports under supervision.
- Support engagements involving RBI, SEBI, IBC, PMLA, or Companies Act matters as relevant.




- Maintain strict confidentiality and professional ethics on all assignments.

Who Can Apply

- CA students who have cleared CA Intermediate (both/either group) and are eligible to register for articleship as per ICAI guidelines.
- Genuine interest in forensic audit, fraud investigation, and analytical work.
- Working knowledge of accounting fundamentals and MS Excel.
- Strong attention to detail, curiosity, and willingness to learn.
- High integrity, discipline, and qualified skepticism.
