Experience Required:

7 TO 20+ Years of Experience in PCB Manufacturing, Process Engineering, Quality Assurance, and Production Optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the development, qualification, and optimization of PCB manufacturing processes across fabrication, surface finishing, and quality control.
- Define and maintain process parameters for inner-layer, outer-layer, drilling, plating, etching, solder mask, surface finish, and final inspection.
- Provide technical leadership in multilayer PCB, HDI, rigid, flex, and rigid-flex manufacturing using advanced technologies like microvias..
- Establish process capability metrics, lead root-cause analysis (RCA), and manage Statistical Process Control (SPC).




- Qualify and audit PCB fabrication suppliers and material vendors while managing customer escalations.

Required Technical Skills:

- Multilayer PCB Fabrication, HDI, Flex & Rigid-Flex Processes.
- Mechanical/Laser Drilling, Copper Plating, Pattern Plating, and Chemical Etching.
- Surface Finishes including ENIG, OSP, HASL, Immersion Silver, and Immersion Tin.
- Process Validation, Cp/Cpk, SPC, Failure Analysis, RCA, FMEA, DOE, and Control Plans.
- Quality standards compliance with AS9100, ISO 9001, IPC Standards (IPC-A-600, IPC 6012, IPC 6013), and RoHS/REACH.
