We're Hiring – OPT Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist

Location: Kondapur, Hyderabad (Onsite)
Experience: 2–5 Years

We are looking for an experienced OPT Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist with a solid background in US IT Staffing. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience sourcing and recruiting candidates across all visa categories, including OPT, CPT, H1B, H4 EAD, GC, GC EAD, and USC.

Key Responsibilities:

Source, screen, and onboard candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of consultants and add qualified profiles to the bench.
Work on all visa categories including OPT, CPT, H1B, H4 EAD, GC, GC EAD, and USC.
Coordinate with Bench Sales and Recruiting teams to support placements and consultant marketing.

Required Skills:





✔2–5 years of experience in US IT Staffing / Talent Acquisition.
✔ Strong sourcing, screening, and candidate relationship management skills.
✔ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
✔ Experience using LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, and other job portals.
