Job Title: Bending Operator

Location: Thennampalayam, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu
Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹35,000 per month
Qualification: ITI / Diploma (Mechanical or related)
Experience: 1+ years in laser/plasma cutting
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate bending machines to produce parts according to technical drawings and production requirements.
- Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and specifications to determine machine settings and bend sequences.
- Adjust machine settings such as angles, pressure, and tool positions for different materials and thicknesses.
- Monitor machine operations to ensure quality output and make necessary corrections or adjustments.
- Perform regular maintenance and basic troubleshooting on bending equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Conduct quality checks on finished products to verify measurements and conformance to specifications.
- Record production data including quantities produced, materials used, and any defects or issues encountered.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following all safety guidelines and company policies.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
