Role Overview

We are looking for a dedicated Site Engineer with 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in on-site
construction and structural engineering. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day
to-day operations at the site, ensuring timely project completion while maintaining high standards of
quality and safety.

Key responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate construction site activities

- Monitor daily project progress and maintain accurate records

- Conduct site inspections to ensure adherence to quality and safety standards

- Coordinate with civil engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders

- Manage site resources including manpower, materials, and equipment

- Ensure compliance with technical drawings, specifications, and project plans

- Identify and resolve on-site issues effectively





- Maintain project documentation and provide regular updates to the management team

Qualifications & Skills Required

- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field

- 2 to 4 years of proven experience in in office construction work and structural engineering

- Strong understanding of quality control and site safety practices

- Experience using construction management tools like AutoCAD, MS Project, etc.

- Excellent communication and coordination skills

- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently when required
