- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of security guards.
- Ensure all security posts are adequately manned and shifts are managed efficiently.
- Conduct regular patrols and inspections of the premises.
- Monitor CCTV, access control, and other security systems.
- Respond promptly to security incidents, emergencies, fire alarms, and safety concerns.
- Investigate incidents, prepare reports, and submit them to management.
- Maintain visitor management and vehicle entry/exit records.
- Conduct security briefings, toolbox talks, and on-the-job training for security staff.
- Ensure compliance with company security policies, SOPs, and statutory regulations.
- Coordinate with clients, facility teams, and emergency services when required.
- Verify attendance, discipline, grooming, and performance of security personnel.
- Ensure proper maintenance of security equipment and registers.

Pay: ₹31,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month
