About the Role:

WeCredit is looking for a driven finance skilled to work closely with the leadership team on investor relations, capital raising, strategic finance, and business analysis. This role offers hands-on exposure to fundraising, financial strategy, and high-impact projects in a fast-growing fintech.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage relationships and communication with existing and prospective equity and debt investors.
- Prepare investor presentations, financial updates, due diligence materials, and fundraising documentation.
- Support capital raising across equity, debt, securitisation, co-lending, and other financing structures.
- Build financial models, valuations, forecasts, and conduct industry and market research to support strategic decisions.
- Coordinate with investors, banks, NBFCs, legal advisors, auditors, and internal teams to ensure seamless transaction execution and regulatory compliance.
- Support leadership on strategic initiatives, partnerships, and special projects.

Qualifications:

- CA, CFA, or MBA (Finance).




- Candidates pursuing these qualifications with relevant experience may also be considered.

Experience:

- 2–4 years in Investment Banking, Corporate Finance, Investor Relations, Big 4, Consulting, Banks, NBFCs, Fintech, PE/VC, or Financial Advisory.
- Experience in NBFCs or fintech is preferred.

Skills:

- Strong financial analysis, modelling, and valuation skills.
- Understanding of capital markets and fundraising.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management.
- High ownership, attention to detail, and execution ability.

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
