with more than 2 yrs experience or B.Com with more than 3 years of experience including finalization of Accounts, General Ledger Accounting possessing and Good Analytical skills./ppAccounting Knowledge/ppIntermediary Accounting knowledge and the ability to apply them to the companys Accounting practices./ppTechnical Knowledge/ppIntermediary knowledge of relevant Systems and applications used in accounting function like PeopleSoft. Conversant with MS Office, ERP exposure/ppDepth and Breadth of Business Knowledge/ppIntermediary knowledge of the business necessary to perform process activities./ppRelevant Accounting / Management Policy/ppIntermediary knowledge & understanding of the key policies impacting the process./ppControl and Compliance Skills/ppIntermediary understanding of checks and controls and execute all deliverables per SLA & other related tasks on day to day basis/ppAnalytical Skills/ppApplication of checks and balances for process improvement, exceeding customer expectation, compliance adherence etc/ppOther Skills/ppCommunication - Possess positive communication skills and overall a pleasing personality/ppFlexibility - Flexible to work in multiple shifts/pp- Ability to work in cross functional teams, across multiple locations & cultures/p
