- Define and execute the annual L&D; strategy aligned with business and ESG objectives
- Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and build competency frameworks across roles
- Design and deploy technical, behavioural, leadership, and compliance training programs
- Lead blue-collar and site-based workforce skilling initiatives at scale
- Drive leadership development and succession planning programs
- Manage and optimize the Learning Management System (LMS) and digital learning tools
- Ensure safety, statutory, and ESG training coverage across locations
- Measure training effectiveness, ROI, and impact through MIS and dashboards
- Manage L&D; budgets, trainers, and external training partners
- Collaborate with business, operations, and HR leaders for capability building
