Job Title: Experienced Flatbed Dispatcher (Canada Operations)

Job Description

we Are seeking an experienced Truck Dispatcher to join our growing team. We are looking for highly motivated professionals with a strong background in Canadian trucking operations.

Significant: Only candidates with a minimum of 2 years of dispatching experience with a Canadian trucking company will be considered.

Responsibilities

- Dispatch and coordinate trucks across Canada and cross-border routes.
- Communicate with drivers regarding loads, routes, schedules, and delivery requirements.
- Monitor driver performance and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Track shipments and provide real-time updates to customers and management.
- Resolve operational issues and maintain efficient fleet utilization.
- Coordinate with brokers, customers, and drivers to maximize revenue and service levels.
- Maintain accurate dispatch records and documentation.

Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of dispatching experience with a Canadian trucking company (mandatory).
- Strong knowledge of Canadian transportation regulations and industry practices.
- Experience using load boards, dispatch software, and transportation management systems.
- Excellent communication skills in English.




- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable internet connection and computer for remote work.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with cross-border (Canada–USA) operations.
- Knowledge of Hours of Service (HOS) regulations.
- Experience handling flatbed, or heavy haul operations.
