- UK Shift/Day Shift
- Location: Kota, Rajasthan
- Shift timings: 12: 30 PM – 09: 30 PM
- Benefit: Base Salary+ lucrative incentives + fixed weekend offs

Responsibilities

- Meeting Internal Hiring Targets. Hiring of- IT recruiters , Account managers , Account Directors , BDMs , Support staff etc
- Source, screen, interview, and evaluate candidates
- Review and understand job requirement requirements
- Review applicants to verify if position requirements are met
- Create detailed job descriptions
- Follow up with candidates;
- Source potential candidates on platforms, like Naukri etc . Use social media for hiring eg LinkedIn
- Perform pre-screening calls to analyses applicants’ abilities
- Interview candidates combining various methods (e.g. structured interviews, technical assessments and behavioral questions)
- Conduct job and task analyses to document job duties and requirements




- Using the Internal ATS effectively
- Managing Employee engagement and HR issues of the staff
- Manpower Planning
- Recruitment MIS Reporting

Educational Qualifications and Skills

- Essential- A minimum Bachelor’s Degree level or equivalent
- Minimum 4 experience of relevant recruitment experience in HR role
- Positive knowledge of Microsoft Office with excellent Excel and MS PowerPoint skills
- Ability to work on google sheets , google documents and handle large amounts of data
- Highly organised – able to prioritise workload and work to deadlines
- Fastidious attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group.
