Job Description

ServiceNow Senior Developer Bangalore · Full-time · Hybrid

About the Role This is an individual contributor role, building and delivering core ServiceNow solutions for enterprise clients, writing clean, well-tested code, and owning modules end-to-end. You will work closely with the Tech Lead, joining workshops and demos, while staying focused on hands-on delivery. The role involves contributing to design decisions and collaborating with the team to deliver high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and build ServiceNow applications, integrations, and workflows across ITSM and at least one of ITOM, HRSD, SecOps, or custom app development
- Write Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, and REST/SOAP integrations to a high standard of quality and maintainability
- Own individual modules or workstreams end-to-end, from low-level design through testing and deployment
- Join discovery, design workshops, and demos alongside the Tech Lead to represent technical delivery
- Review peers' code and contribute to team standards for quality, testing, and documentation
- Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues across the ServiceNow instance

Requirements

- Have 5–7 years overall IT experience,



with 3+ years hands-on in ServiceNow
- Deliver at least 1 end-to-end enterprise ServiceNow implementation (discovery through go-live)
- Possess strong scripting fundamentals: Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, Glide APIs, REST/SOAP integrations
- Have working exposure to ITSM (core) and at least one of: ITOM, HRSD, SecOps, or custom app development
- Be comfortable contributing in client workshops and demos
