We are looking for a energetic and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling customer inquiries, generating leads, and supporting the sales team by maintaining strong customer relationships and scheduling follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Explain the company's products and services professionally.
- Follow up with customers regarding inquiries and quotations.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions in CRM/Excel.
- Resolve basic customer queries and escalate complex issues when required.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely customer support.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
- Good convincing and negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and computer applications.
- Positive attitude with a customer-focused approach.
- Ability to work under targets and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Minimum: 12th Pass / Graduate.
- 0–2 years of experience in Telecalling, Telesales, Customer Support, or a similar role.
Preferred Candidate
- Experience in B2B telecalling or industrial products will be an added advantage.
- Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
