We are looking for a highly motivated and result-driven Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing client relationships, leading sales activities, and achieving business targets while contributing to the overall success of the organization.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Identify and generate new business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets
- Lead, guide, and support sales activities
- Monitor sales performance and prepare reports
- Coordinate with team members to maximize business growth

Requirements:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Solid leadership and negotiation abilities
- Prior sales experience preferred
- Basic computer knowledge
- Self-motivated and target-driven mindset
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
