We are hiring an Account Assistant to handle accounting, taxation, and back-office operations for our tax consultancy firm. The candidate will support daily financial activities, tax compliance work, and administrative/back-office tasks to ensure smooth client service and office operations..

Job Location

NEW VIP Road, Vadodara, Gujarat

Preference will be given to candidates residing near the office location.

Salary

₹8,000 – ₹12,000 per month (Full-Time Position)
(Salary will be offered according to experience, work accuracy, and quality of output)

Key Responsibilities

- Assist tax consultant with daily tasks
- Perform basic bookkeeping and accounting data entry
- Record invoices, receipts, and payments accurately
- Maintain accounting records for multiple clients
- Assist with bank and cash reconciliations
- Collect, organize,



and maintain client financial documents
- Communicate with clients to request missing or additional information
- Ensure proper filing and documentation of accounting and tax records
- Maintain confidentiality of client and firm information

Required Skills

- Basic computer skills (Tally, Excel, Word)
- Ability to manage assigned tasks and meet deadlines.
