We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Lead Operations Executive to manage incoming leads and ensure their timely allocation to the appropriate sales team members. The ideal candidate will play a key role in maintaining lead accuracy, tracking conversions, and supporting the sales process through effective CRM management.

Key Responsibilities

- Receive and manage inbound leads from multiple channels.
- Allocate leads to the appropriate sales representatives based on predefined criteria.
- Maintain and update lead information in the CRM system.
- Track lead status and ensure timely follow-ups by the sales team.
- Monitor lead response times and conversion metrics.
- Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to optimize lead flow.




- Generate daily and weekly reports on lead distribution and performance.
- Ensure data accuracy and eliminate duplicate or invalid leads.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 0–2 years of experience in sales operations, CRM management, or a similar role.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and CRM tools.
- Ability to multitask and work in a quick-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
